Psalms 91, Part 4

Psa 91:11 For he shall give his angels (dispatch a deputy, messenger, ambassador) charge (enjoin, command, set in order) over thee, to keep (guard, protect, attend to) thee in all thy ways. (course of life, journey, manner)

What a wonderful promise of protection! The angels are dispatched or sent to guard, protect and attend to us the entire course of life. That tells me that this promise is for right now.

Psa 91:12 They shall bear thee up (lift, raise, help) in their hands (palm of hand, hollow), lest thou dash (plague, gore, defeat, stub, hurt) thy foot (step, be able to endure, possession) against a stone.

These angels will help and hold us in the palm or hollow, which implies protection so that we can endure any plague or hurt.

Psa 91:13 Thou shalt tread (go over, tread down) upon the lion (roar) and adder (twist) : the young lion (walled village) and the dragon (serpent, monster, jackal) shalt thou trample under feet (tread upon or down)

We will (and do now) go over the roaring lion, no matter how strong and invincible the enemy (walled village) (satan is described as the "dragon" and "serpent") may appear, we can and shall walk all over and tread the enemy under our feet!

We do not have to fear the enemy.
